Bikers’ paradise

The Ischgl-Silvretta Mountain Bike Arena has become internationally well known as a unique bikers’ paradise since the world’s toughest mountain bike race, the Transalp-Challenge, has regularly had Ischgl as one of its stops. The parameters of this arena really are impressive - bikers are attracted by over 1,200 kilometres of superb trails, 38 marked routes, freeride alternatives and trails in all levels of difficulty.

   

There’s something for everyone – easy routes along the bottom of the valley for families and those who want to take it easy, extreme routes with an altitude climb of over 2,000 metres and some of the most beautiful single trails in the Alps. The cable cars and buses have all been adapted to carry bikes, and the routes are well-signposted.
